On most websites they appear between the page title and the first product or service. They are plain paragraphs, never a heading or a list, and they are deliberately short so the listing is not pushed below the fold.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEverything from the first section heading onwards belongs below the listing. That is where the longer explanation, the table and the questions live.
